ORIGINAL ARTWORK
Every care has been taken to provide accurate descriptions and images of the artwork. The colours of the images displayed, may alter very slightly compared to the original painting, this due to our photographic lighting sources or your monitor/device screen settings.
COPYRIGHT
Ownership of the original painting becomes your property once the transaction is complete. However, you are purchasing the original Artwork, not the Copyright or right to reproduce for publication. Copyright of the Artwork remains the property of Craig Austin, and he retains the right to re-use a copy of the Artwork at his own discretion, for print reproductions or promotional purposes.
EXPORT ORDERS
If Goods are being ordered from outside the United Kingdom, import duties and taxes may be incurred once your Goods reach their destination. Craig Austin is not responsible for these charges, and please be aware that Goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes.
RETURNS
I do not usually accept the return of paintings once a sale has been completed. However, in exceptional circumstances this may be possible, although the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The painting must also be received by me in a perfect and resalable condition.
